Rev. Dr. Charles Fosu-Ayarkwah is an accomplished educational leader, researcher, counselor, author, and minister with over 30 years of experience in education, leadership, and pastoral ministry. He currently serves as the Principal of Kibi Presbyterian College of Education, where he provides strategic leadership in teacher education, academic development, institutional management, and policy implementation. He holds a PhD in Educational Administration from the University of South Africa (UNISA), alongside advanced qualifications in Educational Administration, Guidance and Counselling, Mission and Theology, and Teacher Education.
Throughout his career, Rev. Dr. Fosu-Ayarkwah has served in several leadership and academic roles including Vice Principal, Acting Principal, Counsellor, Tutor, and Coordinator of university programs. He is a published scholar and author with research interests in educational leadership, values education, counselling, and social development. Beyond academia, he is a dedicated minister of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana and serves on various educational, religious, and community boards. His work is driven by integrity, mentorship, transformational leadership, and a passion for empowering individuals and institutions for excellence.
